Compensation
A total compensation package from $200k on up based on experience. The package will consist of a $50,000 - $60,000 base, 20% - 30% commission on direct sales; participation in annual company bonus program and benefits. Elegibility for company bonus and benefits commence 60 days after the start of employment.

Job Description
- We seek an experienced, intelligent and aggressive interactive ad sales professional to join a highly dynamic media and entertainment environment
- This is a unique on-line advertising sales position that targets and develops new business from national advertisers and agencies
- This senior account executive will evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts that are seeking a youth oriented, highly desired 18-24 / 24-34 demographic
- This on-line sales executive will develop the sales packages and personally direct and oversee the sales cycle from inception to completion, as well as maintain the on-going relationship with advertisers and agencies
- Reports to Executive Vice President Interactive Advertising Sales & Business Development
- National interactive on-line advertising sales experience with advertising agencies and clients
- Strong communication skills to present to major advertising agencies and other major national advertisers
- Strong, established and proven relationships with agencies and national advertising clients within this genre
- An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business
- The ability to develop sales presentations, structure deals, develop and maintain strong client relationships
- The ability to support company executives and sales staff to call on national advertisers and agencies to represent the company as a leading 18-24 / 18-34 on-line media and entertainment property
- Experience with top agencies and brands currently invested in the sports industry
- The ability and desire to work in a dynamic, aggressive and fluid organization

Production Coordinator

Job summary – This is an entry level position in sports production. The Field Production Coordinator is the primary point of contact for iBN Sports production teams in an assigned region and for executing the production schedule for each sport in that region. The Field Production Coordinator is responsible for qualifying, hiring, and assigning production crews (camera, talent, PA, etc.) and for the quality review of each production. The Field Production Coordinator is also responsible for all communication and coordination with onsite resources at sports events: school administrators, league officials, security, and facilities personnel. He/She will work to maintain a positive working relationship with each entity. The Field Production Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Field Production and will have additional responsibilities working with other departments in iBN Sports, such as Studio Production and Accounting, to ensure that video assets are properly catalogued and billings are accurate to the scheduled and assigned resources.
Minimum requirements – A basic understanding of digital media, production and sports broadcasting and a passion to be on the leading edge of technology and sports. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Candidates must have a BA or BS degree from an accredited University (preferably in a related field: Communications, Media, Film, Sports Management, etc.). Candidates who participated in NCAA athletics in any sport will receive special consideration.
Abilities required – Strong project management, time management and communication skills. Knowledge and passion for football, basketball and baseball are desirable. Able to work evenings and weekends. Must perform work within strict media deadlines.
